Ever since I received his submission, I’ve been digging his blogs and wacky sites which are packed with eschatological ladies and dark desires. No matter my eternal attitude against Political art, I find Effer Lecébé's collages and performances absolutely hilarious. An insane character that walks next to the most important political personalities and is the first to help the others (and appearing in the papers, too) on the World's misfortunes. As if we need another buffoon.
